Jen Uschold, PT, FPS, NBHWC, CPQC

Jen Uschold, PT, FPS, NBHWC, CPQC, is a seasoned physical therapist with over 30 years of experience, specializing in pain science, mental fitness, and health coaching. A 1991 graduate of the University of Scranton, Jen has dedicated the past 25 years to outpatient care, blending evidence-based practices with compassionate, patient-centered approaches. In 2017, Jen earned her National Board Certification as a Health and Wellness Coach, followed by completing a Fellowship in Pain Science through Evidence in Motion. As a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, she integrates mental fitness techniques with Lifestyle Medicine to empower her clients to achieve holistic well-being. Her passion for teaching shines through her work as Program Director for Certification in Lifestyle Medicine at Evidence in Motion, as well as her contributions to other organizations. In addition to her professional roles, Jen runs a private practice and is a passionate mom to her three (mostly grown) children—Adrianna, J, and Dean. She embraces the power of laughter and connection, inspiring curiosity and meaning on this shared journey of life.
