Fitness is all about transforming mindsets

 Monday Fitness Motivation

Here is a Monday Fitness Motivation for fitness mindset by a Marathoner. No more fitness excuses!

Fitness is a Mindset, Not a Skill Set!

Most coaches, trainers, marathoners, or in general, people, will agree on how easy it is for anyone to manufacture fitness excuses or just be lazy about creating a fitness-active routine for themselves.

Yes, it’s very easy. People love saying.

“I’m just too busy,”

” I’m a new Mom.

“I don’t like weights and muscle.” It’s an endless list of excuses.

And when everything is going seemingly well, a day dawns that changes everything when they have to visit a Doctor for a surprising health issue.

Suddenly, the same people who had so many fitness excuses begin to work out.

Fitness Mindset

That’s how it comes down to Fitness and Mind, the Fitness Mindset! Your beliefs will make you grow or will either hold you back. Depending on if it’s a positive belief or a negative belief that you have about yourself.

So, when anyone asks me what is the most important thing when it comes to fitness, I say it’s always your Beliefs that create your mindset, your fitness mindset.

When I wake up every day, I have a reason to jump out of bed as I tell myself every morning or at the beginning of a week as a Monday Fitness Motivation that – You Are Awesome. You are an Influencer. You are a Rockstar. You are a Runner! You are a Marathoner!

This positivity makes me stronger day by day.

As a fitness coach, I meet several clients who I can just train with, with specific workouts to achieve results which are Fat loss, Muscle gain, Endurance building, Mobility improvement, Tone Up, and lots more.

But what I have added to all of this is the Transformation Of The Mind. Once you attain this, all the other goals become easily achievable.

So this is my Monday fitness motivation for all of you to start the week with a fitness mindset.
